mythical Corrientes Av. -full of coffees, libraries, theaters and
restaurants-.
Five blocks from the congress.

The room is spaciously, warm and light full. It has its own balcony, wich gives to
the street.
The room is pretty independent from the rest of the

Near Congreso, Once and Centro. Fifteen blocks away from Recoleta

El departamento está ubicado en Junín entre Sarmiento y Perón. La ubicación es muy buena por la cercanía a la Avenida Corrientes, a Recoleta, a San Telmo, y otras zonas de interés cultural. En cuanto al transporte, todas las líneas de subte se encuentran a unas cuadras y en la zonas pasan líneas de colectivo que van hacia todos los puntos de la ciudad.

El departamento es  confortable y grande, se trata de un edificio antiguo por lo que los cuartos son muy espaciosos. El cuarto es grande, es fresco, tiene tanto ventilador como calefacción y es bastante luminoso. Tiene un gran escritorio, un placard con mucho lugar, una biblioteca, un sillón. También hay un televisor con servicio de cable. Tiene conexión a internet por cable ( 1 Mega), y también es posible captar WI-Fi.
